So a few days ago I was riding around St. Louis Park to see what was for sale. Lo and behold, I saw a condo displayed on my phone’s version of the Multiple Listing Service. According to the map, I was sitting right beside the condo – but…there was no condo! Then coincidentally, the very next day, a friend of mine got a call from the developer of the soon to be built condo complex. We ended up meeting with him that same day to get the skinny on the new project.
Turns out that an existing building is going to be torn down and replaced with six, possibly seven, brand new condo buildings with each having six units (and no, it isn’t city hall (left) that’s being torn down!). Every unit will be a corner unit. To top things off (play on words), each building will have a rooftop deck! The plan currently is for half of it to be available to any owner in the building and the other half would be privately owned by one owner in the building.
From the plans, it looks like the units will be amazing. And the location is one of the best around. It’s within walking distance of movies, restaurants, shops of all kinds, grocery stores, and even a Target store.
